About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support our BD team. The role involves assisting senior team members in managing client/stakeholder interactions, documenting key insights, and ensuring smooth information flow across internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day support to senior team members and work closely with them on ongoing tasks. • Analyze documents/comprehensions to extract key insights and translate them into actionable to-dos. • Attend business development meetings, capture detailed notes, prepare structured documentation, and share concise summaries with the broader team. • Coordinate and maintain communication with brokers across APAC, EMEA regions, and other external partners. • Organize and streamline the flow of information between third-party stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
