Utilize critical thinking skills for the care of the patient. Provides skilled physical therapy procedures/assessments and instructs patients and their families in the plan of care. Utilize electronic records to document treatment & care. Requirements: • Current active or current temporary Indiana Physical Therapy License • BLS certification within 90 days of hire • Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients New graduates encouraged to apply!
