This is a seasonal position with full-time and part-time opportunities available, compensated at $20.00/hr. ESSENTIAL DUTIES • Constant interaction with the guests, while maintaining a courteous and professional attitude • Ensure proper rental procedures are followed with each guest; confirm information on waiver is accurate, equipment is all scanned, and DINs are set correctly to skis • Instruct customers in the correct use of the equipment • Must maintain a safe, healthy and orderly workstation • General knowledge of Stratton Mountain Resort • Basic repairs and tuning on all rental equipment • Additional duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS • No experience required • Strong customer service skills • Must be able to work closely with guests and co-workers • Must pass the binding manufacturer exam PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position will be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
