The SMC Shuttle Drivers are an extension of the resort brand and are vital in the role of creating extraordinary memories. This is a part-time seasonal position, compensated at $20.00/hour. Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December. ESSENTIAL DUTIES • Transporting members, guests and employees to and from the Stratton Mountain Club. Pick up locations include member homes (located on mountain), designated employee housing locations, and resort parking lots • Answer questions for guests • Assist members with transporting winter sports equipment to and from the Club • Ensuring safety on shuttle • Additional duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS • Minimum of 18 years of age • Must be able to pass driving record check • Must comply with all driver’s license restrictions • High School Diploma, or equivalent, required • Previous shuttle driving, preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
