Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Facilities Mechanic II Eddy Village Green - Cohoes, NY Full Time - Days Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and minor installation of HVAC-related equipment throughout the facility. Ensures all building systems, equipment, and grounds are maintained in a safe, efficient, and operational condition. Education Requirements • High School Diploma or GED required. • Technical certification in HVAC, Mechanical Maintenance, or a related field preferred. Experience Requirements • 2 to 3 years of experience in the commercial HVAC field. • Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and appliance maintenance and repair. • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. • Move furniture and equipment to support facility operations. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
