JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES • Education: Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing ADN, Diploma, or BSN. Bachelors preferred. • Licensure: RN Indiana license. • Experience: 3 years nursing experience in a school setting is preferred.
