We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who wants to operate in a high-trust, high-ownership environment. This is not a role for someone looking to simply execute tickets—you will be expected to take problems from ambiguity to production, influence technical direction within your domain, and ship systems that matter. You will work across the stack, with a strong focus on backend architecture and API design, while maintaining a sharp eye for product quality and user experience. What You’ll Own Architect and deliver scalable systems and APIs that power core product functionality. Take full ownership of features, from problem definition through design, implementation, and iteration. Drive technical decisions within your scope, balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability. Partner directly with product and business stakeholders to shape solutions—not just implement them. Build shared infrastructure and services used across multiple teams. An on-call rotation (~every 4–6 weeks) is part of the role, covering both system alerts and internal support channels.
