What You'll Do • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and other ADLs. • Provide overnight supervision, support, and safety monitoring. • Respond promptly to resident needs with compassion and professionalism. • Observe and report changes in resident condition. • Document care and communicate updates to nursing staff and leadership. • Help maintain a calm, comfortable, and structured overnight environment. • Build meaningful relationships with residents and fellow team members. • Support residents with dignity, respect, and person-centered care. What We're Looking For • Experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, Resident Assistant, or Caregiver is helpful but not required. • Interest in senior living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or long-term care. • Willingness to pursue CNA certification with employer support. • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Reliable attendance and commitment to quality care.
