Compensation & Benefits • $150/hour physician compensation • 1099 independent contractor position • Travel accommodations provided • Lodging provided • Professional liability coverage included • Flexible scheduling options • Supportive clinical environment Practice Details • Critical Access Hospital • Level IV Trauma Center • Annual ED Volume: 3,605 visits • Average ED Census: 11 patients per day • Annual Inpatient Volume: 600 admissions • Average Inpatient Census: 1.5 patients per day • 24-hour physician coverage • 10 hours daily APP coverage • CPSI EMR Requirements Qualifications • MD or DO • Board Certified or Board Eligible • Emergency Medicine experience preferred • Hospital Medicine experience preferred • Washington license or ability to obtain • Current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications Benefits ✅ Low-volume Emergency Department averaging just 11 patients per day ✅ Travel and lodging provided ✅ Flexible 8-, 12-, and 24-hour shifts ✅ Full-time and part-time opportunities available ✅ Extended coverage blocks available, including up to 96-hour assignments ✅ APP support ✅ Malpractice coverage included ✅ Opportunity to bundle shifts and enjoy extended periods off between work blocks Area Highlights Brewster, Wa is located near the Methow Valley and Wenatchee.
