Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field. • 2+ years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, supplier development, or manufacturing engineering. • Working knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings. • Experience with machined parts, sheet metal, PCBs, cable assemblies, or electromechanical systems. • Proficiency with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM reports. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and root‑cause analysis skills. • Experience using data analysis tools to monitor trends and define metrics. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence suppliers in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Skills and Experience: • ASQ CQE or similar certification. • Knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, ISO 9001, and IPC standards. • Experience with ERP/MES systems. • Background in aerospace, defense, automotive, medical device, or similarly regulated industries. • Familiarity with PFMEA, Control Plans, and measurement system capability analysis. Additional Requirements: • Ability to travel up to 40% as needed to supplier and manufacturing sites. ITAR REQUIREMENTS: To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.   At Epirus, you’ll work with technical peers and great people—and get first crack at some of the defining technology challenges of our time.
