Description Multi-Flow Industries is looking for several full and part time Licensed and Non-Licensed Commercial Refrigeration Technicians to join our growing team. (Part time positions may not include all benefits listed) Licensed and Non-Licensed Commercial Refrigeration Technician Job Duties: • Install various commercial refrigeration equipment at customer locations throughout New England, including walk-ins, ice machines, and glycol units • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment on-site both independently and while on the phone with assistance • Receive dispatches and complete work orders electronically • Drive and maintain company vehicle • Maintain parts and equipment inventory on work vehicle and communicate restocking or ordering needs timely to parts department • In-house refurbishment of used equipment for resale or repurposing • Training of new employees Requirements • Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be able to pass pre-employment screenings • EPA Freon certification (Universal) • Experience educating customers using technical and non-technical language to explain work being performed, particularly during difficult situations • Comprehension of electrical schematics • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds without assistance and up to 150 pounds with assistance • Regular Monday - Friday shift.
