Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Director or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. - Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and cost control. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze financial data and develop strategic plans. - Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
