What You’ll Do: • Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming first impression. • Manage reservations and seating flow, ensuring an efficient and smooth dining experience. • Communicate effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to optimize service. • Assist guests with special requests, event inquiries, and general restaurant information. • Keep the host stand and entry area clean, organized, and professional at all times. • Engage with guests upon departure, thanking them and inviting them back. What We’re Looking For: • A friendly, polished, and professional demeanor. • Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for hospitality. • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Experience with reservation systems OpenTable is a plus but not required. • Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
