Qualifications • Proficiency in sign language interpretation and training • Excellent communication skills and empathy • 3 years experience working with youth with disabilities • Knowledge of deaf culture and sensitivity to diverse needs • Certification in sign language interpretation (desirable) • Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team • Bachelor's degree in Sign Language Interpretation or related field
