Description Being part of Cru means you get paid to work outside (yes, even when your friends are stuck in an office, wondering what the sun looks like). You’ll stay busy year-round, head home to your own bed every night, and avoid becoming “that person” who only sees daylight on weekends. It also means you’re with a solid, stable company where you can level up your skills, grow your career, and actually move up—no waiting 10 years for a promotion that comes with a slightly nicer chair.
