Role Summary: Own complex production issues, provide architectural guidance, lead problem management, and deliver permanent solutions for high-priority incidents. Key Responsibilities • Resolve critical production incidents (P1/P2). • Perform detailed root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes. • Design and review customizations, extensions, and integrations. • Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex batch and integration issues. • Review X++ customizations, data entities, APIs, and integration architecture. • Lead major releases, deployments, and change implementation. • Engage Microsoft Support for product defects when required. • Define support standards, best practices, and knowledge management. • Provide technical leadership to L1 and L2 teams. Skills • Deep expertise in D365 F&O architecture and X++ • Azure DevOps, integrations (OData, Data Management Framework, Dual-write, APIs) • Performance tuning, security, and environment management • Strong experience with enterprise ERP support and governance • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
