Kunes RV of is seeking to hire Entry Level and Experienced RV Service Technicians to troubleshoot and repair a variety of RV systems and appliances. We offer continued training to all levels of experience! RV techs know a little bit about everything—electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, etc. If you can do any one of these, we’ll teach you the rest! To get started as a new RV tech in our dealership, you don’t need specific RV experience. But you do need to be handy, dedicated, responsible and professional. Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) • Employee discount • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • Overtime • Weekend availability Requirements Job Responsibilities: • Examine and diagnose RV problems • Discuss repairs with RV service advisor • Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor • Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor • Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly • Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation • Complete story and/or documentation for repairs • Attend company and factory training PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: • Experience working in an RV Dealership environment is preferred • Certification from college or technical school in trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, -Maintenance, etc.) is certainly helpful but, we also consider applicable work experience • RVDA/RVIA CERTIFICATION a plus
