Position Summary We are looking for talented and driven culinary professionals to join our elite team as a Master Cook. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with world-class chefs to execute highly technical, avant-garde dishes, maintain uncompromising standards of culinary precision, and deliver an unforgettable theatrical dining experience. An Ideal Fit for the Role will: • Leverage advanced knife skills, classical and modern techniques to confidently prep and execute a demanding station during busy service. • Seamlessly collaborate with an energetic, high-performing kitchen team to prepare and reproduce multi-course tasting menus that consistently exceed guest expectations. • Demonstrate a passion for continuous learning, embracing an active, innovative approach to exploring advanced gastronomy and unique ingredients. • Develop a deep, thorough understanding of every ingredient, recipe, and narrative behind our avant-garde menu items.
