Description Grounded Table is a wine country restaurant and pub sharing food with heart in historic downtown McMinnville, Oregon. The light-filled space is warm and approachable, welcoming locals and tourists for casual meals and special celebrations. The restaurant menus draw inspiration from the seasons and thoughtfully sourced ingredients, many of which are from our Tabula Rasa Farms, and other provisioners using sustainable practices like regenerative farming and small-batch craft. Job Summary: Help keep a high-performance restaurant humming by washing and stocking wares. Assist the kitchen and dining room team by keeping a tidy and efficient dish station. The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining sanitation standards in the kitchen and cleaning, organizing, and stocking cookware and serviceware in the kitchen and storage areas. Duties/Responsibilities: • Washing china, glass, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils • Maintain the cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and of the cleaning supplies • Remove trash, compost, and recycling to appropriate receptacles Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: • Must be flexible and able to work under pressure • Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s) • Position requires prolonged standing, bending, and lifting products and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds Education and Experience: • Previous restaurant or foodservice experience preferred Benefits: Benefits include PTO, health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k) for qualifying employees.
