Job Title: Rehab Manager Job Location: Aitkin, MN Job Classification: Dual Role – Rehab Manager & Practicing Therapist/Therapist Assistant Schedule: This position will be performed alongside the daily responsibilities of a practicing Therapist or Therapist Assistant at the clinic. Requirements • Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Therapy or Therapy Assistant program. They must have, or be eligible for, licensing in Minnesota. • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting • Strong understanding of clinical operations across multiple service lines (LTC, Home Health, Inpatient, Outpatient) • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and in person
