We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance management, and employee engagement while ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and candidate coordination. • Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities and induction. • Maintain employee records, attendance and HR documentation. • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and other HR-related documents. • Coordinate employee verification and documentation. • Maintain HR MIS and recruitment reports. • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives. • Handle employee queries professionally. • Coordinate with department heads for hiring and HR requirements. Requirements Desired Skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and coordination abilities. • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook). • Good documentation and record management skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Educational Qualification • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline. • MBA/PGDM (HR) will be an added advantage.
