Recruitment & Selection • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates • Handle job postings on job portals and company platforms Onboarding & Offboarding • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding packets • Conduct new employee orientation and induction • Manage exit formalities, exit interviews, and documentation HR Operations • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases • Prepare HR letters, joining letters, experience letters, and other employee documents • Support payroll processing with attendance and leave data Employee Engagement • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events • Support internal communication and HR announcements • Respond to basic employee queries and provide HR information Compliance & Policies • Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations • Assist in updating HR policies and handbooks • Support audits and compliance checks Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field - 0–2 years experience in HR or related role (freshers can apply) - Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws - Strong organizational and communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to handle confidential information professionally Benefits Professional Development: We invest in your growth by offering opportunities for professional development, training, and certifications to enhance your skills and career progression.
