Our commitment to you – We are committed to providing every employee the opportunity for personal and professional development through: • 401(k) with company match • Healthcare benefits • Vacation and sick days • Employee referral program • Employee discounts to various stores, amusement parks, events, etc. • Continuing education (CE) programs and training • Advancement opportunities within the organization Position Responsibilities • Pursue and recover insurance reimbursements for all levels of care as well as patient and family engagement for cost sharing • Manage complex accounts receivable and denied claims • Conduct aggressive yet professional follow-up with insurance companies • Navigate appeals, authorizations, underpayments, and reimbursement disputes • Build productive working relationships with payor representatives • Escalate claims strategically and effectively when necessary • Maintain meticulous documentation and tracking • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support reimbursement efforts • Creates billing statements, sends appeals, when necessary, prepares accounts for collections and handles all correspondences both internal and external • Reduce aging receivables and accelerate collections Requirements Qualifications • College degree preferred; Experience in healthcare reimbursement, or related fields helpful. • Proficient in technology platforms including Microsoft Suite required. Experience in insurance portals, CRM, and EHR systems helpful. • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Persistent, resourceful, and highly organized • Comfortable handling conflict professionally and effectively • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of outcomes • High emotional intelligence and professional maturity Hours: 40 hours per week Monday through Friday The Renfrew Center provides cisgender adolescent girls and adult women, transgender, and non-binary individuals with the tools they need to succeed — in recovery and in life.
