The candidate will act as a mother teacher, responsible for managing the class, delivering engaging lessons, and ensuring the overall development of students in a virtual learning environment. Key Responsibilities • Conduct online classes for students of Grades 1 to 5. • Act as a mother teacher and handle all academic and classroom responsibilities. • Plan and deliver interactive lessons as per curriculum guidelines. • Ensure active participation and engagement of students during sessions. • Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback. • Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment. • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance.
