The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of organic chemistry and hands-on experience in multi-step synthesis. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct laboratory-scale synthesis of Agro,. • Maintain accurate experimental records, observations, and results in lab notebooks. • Assist in process optimization and reaction parameter studies. • Support analytical teams in sample preparation and analysis (HPLC, GC, NMR, etc.). • Follow safety protocols, maintain lab hygiene, and handle chemicals responsibly. • Coordinate with senior chemists for scale-up trials and technology transfer activities. • Contribute to report preparation and documentation as per internal guidelines. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry Experience: 1–3 Years Technical Skills: • Good knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry techniques. • Familiarity with purification methods (crystallization, distillation, column chromatography). • Basic understanding of analytical techniques (TLC, HPLC, GC, NMR, IR).
