Description About the Role: We are seeking experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team as remote consultants. In this flexible, home-based role, BCBAs will work within a 75-mile radius of one or more of the following Texas locations: Nacogdoches, Kaufman, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Terrell, and Longview. You will partner with families and supervise RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) who provide direct in-home services. This is a independent contractor position, offering the autonomy to set your own schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families via telehealth consultations. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) and develop individualized treatment plans. • Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs working directly with clients. • Deliver direct telehealth and in-home BCBA services as clinically appropriate. • Train caregivers and collaborate with families to promote generalization of skills. • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to all professional and ethical guidelines set by the BACB. • Coordinate with internal staff to ensure quality service delivery and clinical integrity. What We Offer: • 100% remote consultant position – you set your hours and control your caseload. • Competitive contractor rates, paid per billable hour. • Flexible schedule and autonomy to manage your professional life. • Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and client coordination. • Opportunities for clinical collaboration and peer support. Requirements Qualifications: • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. • Texas-based, residing within 75 miles of Nacogdoches, Kaufman, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Terrell, or Longview. • Reliable transportation and ability to travel for in-home visits as needed. • Access to a secure and private home office environment for telehealth sessions. • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills. • Must pass background check and meet any additional state requirements. • Professional liability insurance (required for independent contractors). • Experience working in home-based or telehealth ABA services preferred.
