Job Title: Associate Manager – Recruitment (IT Hiring) Location: Bengaluru Department: Talent Acquisition Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 5–10 Years About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Associate Manager – Recruitment (IT Hiring) to manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and delivering quality hires within defined timelines. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create recruitment strategies. • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and networking. • Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews. • Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and hiring quality. • Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding. • Mentor junior recruiters and support recruitment process improvements.
