• Identify and maintain a pipe line of potential partnerships through market visit / research. • Act as a liaison between internal teams, consultant, and potential partner. • Assess potential of the partner in terms of market position, scalability, and cultural alignment. • Analyse financial statements, business models, and working capital requirements. • Identify potential risks and deal breakers. • Support valuation exercises using appropriate methodology. • Help in completing the transaction process to onboard a potential partner
