Growth opportunities available Responsibilities: • Service and maintain boilers, chillers (air-cooled 100–300 tons), cooling towers, pumps, hydronics, WSHPs, and BAS controls (troubleshooting only). • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and light repairs (no tear-downs or rebuilds). • Mentor and support junior technicians in the field. • Communicate directly with building engineers and property managers. • Occasional suburban service calls to maintain full schedules.
