We’re Hiring | US Healthcare Recruiter Join Medsquirrels a US-focused healthcare staffing platform helping healthcare facilities connect with qualified professionals across the country. 📍 Location: Hyderabad/Noida – Onsite 🕒 Shift: US Shift 💼 Experience: 2-4 Years 📌 Role: US Healthcare Recruiter Key Responsibilities • Source and recruit qualified US healthcare professionals. • Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. • Recruit candidates for Travel Nursing and Allied Health positions. • Source RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, and other clinical professionals. • Work with MSP/VMS platforms and client requirements. • Screen candidates based on skills, experience, availability, and client requirements. • Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates. • Ensure candidates meet required compliance and documentation standards. • Build and maintain a strong healthcare candidate pipeline. Required Skills • 2 +years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment. • Experience with Travel Nursing / Allied Healthcare staffing. • Knowledge of MSP/VMS processes. • Good understanding of US healthcare roles and recruitment practices. • Strong communication and candidate-handling skills. • Ability to work in US/night shifts.
