Key Responsibilities: • End-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various platforms • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines • Work closely with clients and hiring managers for role understanding • Ensure timely closures of positions Requirements: • 2–6 years of experience in US IT recruitment • Experience in hiring for banking and finance domain is mandatory • Strong knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
