Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) - 5 Days Education: Bachelor’s degree (Technical) Industry Type: Technology / SaaS product Functional Area: Project Management Roles & Responsibilities • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and product vision. • Gather, analyse, and document business and product requirements through BRDs, PRDs, user stories, workflows, mockups, and process documentation. • Act as a bridge between business, clients, Product, Engineering, QA, and UI/UX teams to ensure smooth delivery and effective communication across stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, workflow optimization, enhancement of existing products, and improvement of user experiences. • Coordinate Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, task sequencing, internal task collaboration, and sprint execution. • Use AI tools for creating mockups, workflows, documentation, and other productivity-related tasks. • Identify automation and AI-driven improvement opportunities to support digital transformation and process efficiency. • Track KPIs, analyse data, and support data-driven decision-making across product and business workflows. • Coordinate UAT, testing validation, release readiness, product launches, stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Conduct market visits, client workshops, and project kickoff discussions to understand business needs and support solution delivery. • Maintain project documentation, communication records, and process-related updates in a structured and timely manner. Key Skills & Requirements • Prior experience in B2B, SaaS, AI, or product-based organizations is preferred. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, documentation, workflow design, and mockup creation. • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management. • Familiarity with AI productivity and design tools. • Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL, Excel, Lovable, Claude, and analytics tools. • Passion for AI, automation, and digital transformation. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
