The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendors, monitoring production schedules, and coordinating with factories to achieve delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end production follow-up to ensure timely execution of orders. • Coordinate with factories on daily production status, ensuring adherence to deadlines. • Develop and maintain effective vendor relationships to support production needs. • Plan and monitor factory capacities to balance workload and avoid delays. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sourcing, quality, design, logistics) to ensure smooth process flow. • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective measures. • Prepare and maintain reports on order status, production tracking, and vendor performance. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, or related discipline. • 0.6–4 years of relevant experience in apparel/garment merchandising or production. • Strong understanding of apparel production processes and vendor management. • Good communication, desciplined, negotiation, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and reporting tools.
