Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong background in hospitality marketing to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement across our hospitality and wellness verticals. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for hospitality projects (resorts, spas, wellness centers). • Plan and manage online & offline campaigns including digital marketing, social media, print, and events. • Drive lead generation campaigns for resort bookings, memberships, and experiential offerings. • Manage brand positioning and communication aligned with luxury and wellness segments. • Collaborate with sales teams to support conversions through targeted campaigns. • Oversee agency management (creative, digital, PR). • Plan and execute events, launches, and promotional activities. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (ROI, conversions, traffic). • Handle content strategy including website, social media, and marketing collaterals. • Manage budget planning and allocation for marketing activities. Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • 5–10 years of experience in marketing within hospitality/hotels/resorts/wellness industry. • Strong exposure to digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand campaigns. • Experience in handling luxury or premium segment marketing is highly preferred. • Good understanding of customer journey in hospitality (booking to experience). • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills. Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation. • Experience in influencer marketing & partnerships. • Strong vendor and agency management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
