Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kindergarten (KG) Teacher to facilitate early childhood learning through interactive lessons, storytelling, play-based activities, and hands-on experiences. Responsibilities: • Curriculum Delivery: Plan and execute age-appropriate lesson plans that focus on literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social-emotional development. • Engaging Learning Methods: Utilize storytelling, music, art, play-based activities, and interactive games to enhance learning. • Student Development: Monitor and assess each child’s progress, ensuring they meet developmental milestones. • Classroom Environment: Maintain a positive, safe, and structured classroom that encourages creativity and collaboration. • Parental Communication: Regularly update parents on their child’s progress through meetings, reports, and feedback sessions. • Extracurricular Activities: Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and field trips for holistic learning. • Behavioral Guidance: Encourage positive behavior and social skills through patience, empathy, and effective classroom management. • Collaboration: Work closely with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure a well-rounded learning experience for children. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Training, or a related field. Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE), or B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education is preferred. • Experience: • 2+ years of teaching experience in Kindergarten or Preschool. • Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies. • Skills: • Excellent communication and storytelling skills. • Creativity in lesson planning and classroom activities. • Patience and a nurturing attitude toward young learners. • Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
