Key Responsibilities • Prepare computer labs for practical classes and ensure systems are ready for use. • Maintain computers, software, peripherals, and basic networking equipment. • Assist teachers and students during practical sessions and examinations. • Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues. • Maintain inventory of lab equipment and software. • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safe use of the computer laboratory. • Keep records of maintenance, inventory, and lab activities. • Support school technology initiatives and collaborate with staff.
