Role Overview As a People Associate, you will support day-to-day HR activities for the Bangalore office and help create a smooth and positive employee experience. This role is ideal for someone starting their HR career and looking to gain hands-on exposure across HR operations, employee engagement, and hiring in a fast-paced startup. What You’ll Do HR Operations • Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll inputs • Support onboarding activities including documentation and orientation • Help maintain employee records and HR systems • Provide support during employee exit processes Employee Experience & Engagement • Help organize employee events, team activities, and celebrations • Support feedback collection and employee engagement initiatives • Assist with performance review cycles and documentation Talent Acquisition (TA) • Support scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates • Assist in sourcing profiles and maintaining candidate trackers • Help ensure a smooth candidate experience General Support • Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Admin, IT) for day-to-day requirements • Be a point of contact for basic employee queries and support What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of experience (or strong internships) in HR, preferably in startups • Interest in HR operations, employee engagement, and hiring • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Organized and detail-oriented • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Who This Role Is Ideal For • Early-career professionals looking to build a career in HR • Candidates who enjoy working with people and supporting team experiences • Individuals excited to learn and grow in a startup environment Additional Note We strongly encourage applications from women professionals looking to grow their careers in a high-impact startup environment.
