CRM Content Writer We’re looking for a CRM Content Writer who will own all content across our CRM channels, including emails, WhatsApp messages, and WhatsApp community posts. What you’ll do • Own CRM communication: Plan and write engaging, clear, and effective content across email and WhatsApp. • Ideate regularly: Come up with fresh ideas, campaigns, and messaging to engage our audience and drive action. • Write consistently: Create WhatsApp messages daily, along with regular community posts and email campaigns from time to time. • Drive results: Write content that meets our communication goals and targets, whether it’s engagement, conversions, retention, or community participation. • Take ownership: Manage the content calendar, maintain consistency in tone and messaging, and ensure timely delivery of all communications. What we’re looking for • Strong writing and storytelling skills. • The ability to come up with fresh ideas and turn them into compelling copy. • A good understanding of how to communicate differently across email and WhatsApp. • Someone proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently. • A results-driven mindset with the ability to write, test, and improve content based on performance.
