• • Ensure PR, CUF, and plant availability targets are achieved. • Monitor central inverter performance and failure trends. • Ensure transformer, RMU, VCB, and pooling station reliability. • Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance planning. • Review thermography and protection testing reports. • Coordinate with GETCO/STU for shutdown and outage planning. • Monitor grid disturbance events and minimize losses. • Conduct root cause analysis for major breakdowns.
