Responsibilities • Operate tow trucks to safely tow and transport vehicles as requested. • Respond promptly to service calls and provide assistance in various situations。 • Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure the tow truck is in good working order before each shift。 • Secure vehicles properly on the tow truck to prevent damage during transport. • Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients to provide timely updates on estimated arrival times. • Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records of services rendered. • Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to clients in a professional manner. • Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times. • Manage your time efficiently to respond to multiple service requests throughout the shift.
