Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer / Software Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of testing concepts and a passion for identifying bugs and improving product quality. Key Responsibilities • Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications • Identify, report, and track bugs using testing tools • Prepare and execute test cases and test plans • Collaborate with developers to resolve issues • Conduct functional, regression, and usability testing • Ensure software meets quality standards before release • Maintain testing documentation and reports Required Skills • Basic knowledge of software testing concepts • Understanding of SDLC and STLC • Familiarity with manual testing techniques • Strong attention to detail • Problem-solving and analytical skills • Good communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Skills (Good to Have) • Knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, TestNG) • Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) • Basic understanding of API testing (Postman) • Knowledge of database testing (SQL) Eligibility Criteria • B.Tech / B.E / MCA / BCA or related field • 0–2 years of experience in software testing • Freshers with strong testing knowledge can apply
