Position Summary We are seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team at Joe’s Waterfront. The AGM will partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, and lead a high-performing front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with strong business acumen, a hands-on management style, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences in a high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities • Support the GM in managing all aspects of restaurant operations. • Lead, coach, and develop FOH team members to deliver outstanding service. • Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. • Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and cost control. • Act as Manager-on-Duty, ensuring seamless service flow and guest satisfaction. • Resolve guest issues with professionalism and urgency. • Partner with the culinary and bar teams to execute seasonal menus and specials. • Contribute to community engagement and local marketing initiatives.
