Role Overview At SquadStack.ai, we've built India's leading Agentic Sales platform, powering millions of customer conversations every day. With proprietary AI technology, deep enterprise relationships and a rapidly evolving market, we believe some of our most exciting opportunities are still ahead of us. We're looking for an exceptional strategist with a builder's mindset to work directly with our Founder & CEO to identify, evaluate and build SquadStack's next big businesses. She will help us answer some of our most important questions: Which markets should we enter? Which products should we build? Where do we have an unfair advantage? And how can we validate an exciting idea before committing significant resources? What you will do • Identify the next big opportunities: Explore new markets, products and business models. Evaluate their true market potential, economics, competitive dynamics and SquadStack's right to win. • Bring rigor to investment decisions: Build bottom-up market models, challenge assumptions and help the CEO prioritize where we should invest our time, capital and talent. • Find the fastest path to evidence: Independently identify the critical hypotheses behind an opportunity and design smart, inexpensive experiments to validate or disprove them. • Get hands-on with customers: Conduct primary research, engage customers and partners, test willingness to pay and translate real-world insights into clear recommendations. • Build with AI: Use AI-native tools to rapidly create prototypes, mockups and experiments, working with product and engineering teams where needed. • Drive ideas into action: Take promising initiatives beyond analysis, helping get early products into customers' hands, iterate quickly and establish initial traction. What We're Looking For • Exceptional problem-solving ability: Ideally 2 years at McKinsey, BCG, Bain or a similarly rigorous environment, with a strong track record of structured thinking and execution. • Outstanding business judgment: She can distinguish a genuinely large, attractive opportunity from an exciting idea with limited commercial potential. • Builder instinct: She naturally moves from "What should we do?" to "What's the fastest way to find out?" and isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. • High agency and ownership: She thrives in ambiguity, drives things independently and doesn't need a large team or detailed instructions to make progress. • AI-native curiosity: She actively experiments with AI tools, learns new capabilities quickly and is excited by how much a small team can now accomplish. • Intellectual honesty and courage: She think independently, challenges assumptions (including the founders') and follows evidence rather than consensus. Prior startup, product or venture-building experience is a plus, but not essential. We care far more about how she thinks, learns and gets things done than the labels on her résumé.
