Key Responsibilities: • Manage project execution from start to completion. • Plan and manage labour deployment and productivity. • Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, and clients. • Monitor project timelines, quality, and resource utilisation. • Handle project documentation, measurements, reports, and records. • Prepare and verify project bills and coordinate with accounts for timely submission. • Track project costs, variations, and pending payments. • Ensure smooth project closure and handover.
