Role Summary Seeking an SAP HR-ABAP Consultant with 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM technical development. The consultant will design, develop, enhance, and support HR-related SAP solutions across Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll. Required Skills (Must Have) • 5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience • Minimum 3+ years in SAP HCM/HR ABAP • Strong expertise in: • Personnel Administration (PA) • Organizational Management (OM) • Time Management (TM) • Payroll (PY) • HR Infotypes and Logical Databases (PNP, PNPCE) • Reports, ALV, SmartForms, SAP Scripts • User Exits, BADIs, Enhancements, Implicit/Explicit Enhancements • BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs • HR Function Modules and Macros • Debugging and performance tuning • Production support and incident resolution Preferred Skills • SAP SuccessFactors knowledge & integration process • OData services and Fiori exposure • S/4HANA ABAP knowledge • CDS Views • HR data migration experience • Workflow development
