Maintenance Section Head – Assembly Line Maintenance Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu Experience: Minimum 8 years Education: B.E. in Electronics or Electrical Engineering Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Section Head to lead the maintenance operations of the Assembly Line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical/electronic engineering and hands-on experience in maintaining complex assembly line equipment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage maintenance activities for assembly line equipment. • Ensure high equipment uptime and quick response to breakdowns. • Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. • Implement and monitor safety systems , including LOTO, work permits, and confined space protocols. • Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). • Maintain documentation and compliance, and Track and improve maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, and equipment uptime. • Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
