Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a driven, compassionate, and experienced Managing Attorney to join our talented team in McLean, VA. This role is hybrid, and the Managing Attorney must live within driving distance of our office in McLean, VA. We are seeking a Managing Attorney  to oversee the day-to-day operations in our McLean, VA office while handling diverse family law cases and making a meaningful impact on our clients' lives. This position is critical in ensuring the productivity and profitability of the office by balancing legal expertise, team mentorship, and operational management. Additionally, We are currently offering a $25,000 signing bonus and relocation package. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Commuter and transit benefit programs may also be available in certain markets.  Requirements • Five (5) or more years of devoted Family Law experience preferred.  • **Must be within commuting distance to our McLean, VA office** • Skilled in mentoring and leading a team, while fostering collaboration.  • Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.  • Proficient in client counseling, case prep, case management, and courtroom representation.  • Clear and effective verbal and written legal communication.  • Able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.  • Committed to delivering excellent client service.  • Active admission to the Virginia State Bar.
