As a Junior Finance Executive, you won’t just manage numbers, you will play a key role in building a strong financial backbone that enables us to scale confidently and sustainably. What you’ll own: • Assist in preparing and maintaining business finance reconciliations and reports across products. • Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Zoho Books, ensuring entries are accurate and complete • Handle statutory compliance across GST, TDS, TCS, EPF, Professional Tax, and MCA filings. • Track receivables and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve payment-related queries. • Support the calculation and tracking of revenue, commissions, and marketing expenses based on reconciliation data. • Maintain and update Excel trackers and financial records to ensure accuracy and visibility of financial data. You will also be responsible for preparation of MIS. • Work with internal teams to identify and resolve reconciliation/accounting discrepancies. • Help monitor payment and settlement processes to ensure smooth operations. • Assist in improving reporting formats and processes for better efficiency. We are looking for: • 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting and finance; articleship experience is a strong plus • Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations) and hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software • A sharp analytical mind and a keen eye for detail • Clear, confident communication, both with internal teams and with clients on collections • A self-starter mindset with hunger to learn, experiment, and take ownership beyond the obvious • Someone who’s comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
