Our Studio Works program offers preparation, training and experience to support our members in obtaining meaningful community integrated employment. Studio Works is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Job Coach to join our team in empowering young adults and adults with developmental disabilities. In this rewarding role, you will provide hands-on support, mentorship, and guidance to help individuals build meaningful employment skills and thrive in inclusive work environments. As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in helping our members develop essential work-related habits, professional attitudes, and appropriate workplace behavior. You will also be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong, positive relationships with our partners to ensure the long-term success for our members. Key Responsibilities: • Provide coaching and support at job sites, volunteer opportunities, training sessions, etc. • Assist individuals in learning job tasks and adapting to workplace environments • Encourage and reinforce appropriate work behavior and etiquette • Monitor progress and provide feedback to both members and supervisor • Collaborate with employers to promote inclusive employment practices • Maintain detailed records and progress reports Qualifications: • Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude • Ability to build trusting relationships with both members and community partners • Prior experience in job coaching, social services, or a related field is a plus Job Type: Part-time Benefits: • On-the-job training • Referral bonuses • Telehealth for part-time employees • Sick Time • 401K Schedule: • 7 hour shift 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM • Monday, Wednesday and Friday • No nights • No weekends Ready to Make a Difference?
