What You’ll Do: • Empower Independence: • Support individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) in their daily routines and activities. • Build Meaningful Connections: • Foster trust and companionship through respectful, engaging interactions. • Promote Safety & Wellbeing: • Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively. • Drive a company vehicle to pick up/drop off individuals we support • Collaborate for Impact: • Work with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care. • Advocate with Heart: • Ensure member safety and comfort through attentive and respectful care. • Uphold member rights and dignity at all times.
